About Us
New England Plumbing Solutions was founded in 2011 by John Larkin IV and Keith Mattes. Over a decade later, NEPS offers over 40 professionals and a strong Multi-unit Residential and Commercial Portfolio in Massachusetts.
NEPS offers a strategic and aggressive approach towards each project schedule, to get the most out of a talented team in shorter periods of time, for efficient delivery and fair pricing. The team particularly excels at multi-phased projects and working with high-end fixtures, features and systems, which demand attention to detail and quality control.

The new construction of 15 modern apartments, included a variety of high-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures and finishes, located across from MBTA Red Line. Ground level offers a restaurant, lobby and mail area.

The new construction of 155 apartment units with a parking garage and retail space.

Harborwalk Plymouth station
The new construction waterfront property designed by Embarc on the former Cordage Rope Factory site near the Plymouth MBTA. Phase-one of the project included 155-units with common amenities and over 200,000 square-feet.

The new construction for, Colony Crossing LLC, is located near the Weymouth commuter line. The project included 153-units, lobby and club rooms, also offering a pool, covered parking and 7,000 square-feet retail space

The rehabilitation and conversion of a historic building used as a Fairhaven middle school combined with a new addition to create 52 apartments for seniors 62+. Of these apartments 45 are designated as affordable.
